Before getting into acting, Frank was a career designer and facilitator of leadership development programs. 20+ years experience equipped him to work with all levels of an organization. Because of this experience, it became clear that there was a marriage between acting and training. Using acting and improv, Frank created a group of actors that can make role plays more realistic. Role plays are typically used in training seminars to help participants learn new skills. We work with training consultants to create realistic role plays that are effective learning tools for participants in leadership development programs.
